Third Avenue Carrollton,, TX 75006 Second Construction Review Comments for Lot 4 Blk 1 MacArthur Plaza Addition (Speedee Lube) Dear Mr. Hennessey: The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer: 1. On the site plan, show the correct size inlet and R.C.P. as on the approved MacArthur Plaza plans by Vilbig & Associates. 2. On the grading plans, show the 15' landscape and utility easement and the future location of the 5' sidewalk along MacArthur Blvd. 3. A letter to the City Engineer along with a copy of the soils report is required if a variance on the 6" lime stabilized subgrade is requested. Also, remove part of the general note//8 and paving note//1 regarding the soils report recommendation. 4. On the utility plan, show the correct size of the fire line. Contact Vilbig and Associates for the size and notes regarding the vault. 5. On the drainage area map, show the correct boundary area and hydraulic calculations for Area C as shown on the MacArthur Plaza paving, drainage plans by Vilbig & Associates. There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been addressed, the marked up plans along with two revised sets of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review.
