For those developments having preliminary plat approval after October 26, 1993 the following assessment is determined: Residential Lots at $1,285.00 each = $ Units (Multi-Family) at $1,285.00 each = $ 100% of the amount specified above shall be paid by the Developer prior to Council approval of final plat. Please advise the Developer of these fees and due dates. If you have any questions regarding these assessments please advise. Street Lighting Fee Shall be assessed and paid prior to final acceptance of project. Note: This fee cannot be assessed until after TU Electric submits the lighting plan for the proposed project.
