Centerpoint Two Suite 400 / 616 Six Flags Drive Arlington, Texas 76011 RE: Upper Image Car Wash Construction Plans Dear Sir: The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer: 1. Since you are proposing to close the driveway at the southeast side of' the development, a curb need to be constructed. 2. As per the City's SubdMsion Ordinance, all concrete paving must be on 6" of'lime stabilized subgrade. 3. A 5' sidewalk must be constructed along MacArthur Blvd. 4. Clearly delineate the drainage areas on the grading and drainage plan. 5. Indicate what the intensity values are based on. 6. Do not provide the City of Coppell details with the plan. Only provide details that are not in the Standard Details. 7. Provide profile view of proposed drainage system. There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been addressed, the revised set of' plans should be resubmitted to the City for review.
