RE: First Landscape Review Comments for Lot 5, Blk 1
Sonic - MacArthur Addition
Dear Mr. Wainscott:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has t.he following comments
to offer:
1. Provide a coversheet with the next set of plans.
2. Show the sidewalk easement and landscape easement.
3. Show the new configuration on the northside of the property.
4. Show the visibility triangle easement at all ingress/egress points.
5. Show the brick paver band across Riverchase Dr.
6. The inlet that is proposed at the location shown may be in conflict with the proposed tree.
7. Show correct location of sidewalk along MacArthur on the landscape and irrigation plans.
Coordinate with Vilbig and Associates on the location.
8. On the irrigation plan, keep meters and valves out of the sidewalk and in an easement or
right-of-way.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the marked up plans along with two revised sets of plans should be resubmitted to the
