S. U.P Exhibit
1. The concrete pavement along the south side labeled "by others" will be required to be
constructed prior to development of the Sonic.
2. Label the fire lane and drainage easement along the west and south side of this lot.
3. Provide 100' storage for the deceleration lane.
4. Provide water and sewer plans.
Irrigation Plan
1. Access should be consistent with the plat.
Landscape Plan
1. The monument sign cannot encroach into the easement.

COMMENT STATUS: PRELIMINARY
S. U.P Exhibit
1. Reevaluate and possibly modify curb at east drive to insure vehicles go along the front,
not west along the south side.
2. The concrete pavement along the south side labeled "by others" will be required to be
constructed prior to development of the Sonic.
3. The "future access" note should be removed.
Irrigation Plan
1. The monument sign is shown in the wrong location.
2. The plan is inconsistent with the Master Irrigation Plan submitted with the plat.

1. Label storage and taper length for deceleration lane to be built with this development.
2. Show brick pavers at west side of abandoned Riverchase Drive and MacArthur Blvd.
3. Provide easement for 5' sidewalk and show it on plan. Sidewalk to be built with this
development.
4. Show turning radii at ingress/egress.
5. Modify curb at east drive to insure vehicles go along the front, not west along the south
side.
6. Show dimensions from parking lanes to parking lanes on the south side..
7. On the sketch from Wainscott and Assoc., Inc., show the 8' brick paver band.
