COMMENT STATUS: PRELIMINARY
Preliminary Plat:
1. Dimension the utility and drainage easement across the 1.42 acre future development.
2. Provide the metes and bounds description for the fire lane.
3. Impact fees are required.

4. The proposed driveway to the 1.42 acre future development should be removed. Any
driveway approvals will be discussed when the City sees a site plan for the 1.42 acre future
development.
