1. No improvements (i.e. monument signs, light standards, etc.) and/or trees will be allowed
in existing sanitary sewer easement located on the west side of the property adjacent to
MacArthur Blvd.
2. Need to show the existing sanitary sewer easement located on the west side of the property
adjacent to MacArthur Blvd.
3. Label the sidewalk adjacent to MacArthur Blvd. as a 5' sidewalk.
4. Show minimum finish floor elevation.
5. Show the 100-year floodplain line along the north side of the property. No development
will be allowed in the 100-year floodplain without an approved floodplain permit.
