On the above sample date, Mike Fuller representing Rone Engineers, Inc. performed a
visual observation of the lime treatment of the soil for the proposed parking area
located on the west side and part of the north side of the building.

The lime slurry was placed and processed using 110,960 pounds of ~lry lime covering
a total area of 4,000 square yards. The project requirements of 27.~pounds per
square yard was met with the actual quantity of 27.74 pounds per s~quare yards of
lime being used.
All activities and materials observed were in accordance with project
and drawings.

The following tickets were delivered and dispersed at the above Ioca
23528, 23529, 23530, 23531, 23532, 23533 and 6064. The lime
and processed to a depth of approximately six inches using 169,059
lime covering a total area of 6,023 square yards. The project require
