RE: Creekview Drive and Freeport Parkway ST00-01
Dear Mr. Denton:
The City of Coppell intends to construct a new roadway, Creekview Drive, and
reconstruct a portion of the existing Freeport Parkway. The project affects an area'
larger than five acres and disturbs more than 5,000 cubic yards of earth. Enclosed
please find a set of design drawings for the proposed construction. We are requesting
your review and approval as required by the Texas Antiquities Code.
The project is located in the NE Grapevine Quadrangle and consists of the construction
of a new four-lane undivided roadway, the reconstruction of Freeport Parkway from a
two-lane asphalt road to a four-lane divided roadway, drainage improvements, and the
installation of a 12-inch water line. Construction of the proposed project is scheduled
to start in October 2001.
