Right-of-Way/Easements
· Adjusted roadway alignment adjacent to the CICI's Addition and the Gulf United Industries'
Addition property to minimize impacts to these properties, particularly the newly established
vegetation. Reviewing new cross-sections to evaluate resulting easement requirements on
airport property.
Hydrology Study
· Finished developing HEC-1 for existing and proposed conditions and compared to FIS and
Halff report and are close to matching results.
· Completed working pond pak model for existing conditions minus current construction (the
model does not have stage discharge information from existing or current construction, and
was developed fi-om existing plans with many assumptions made for water surfaces and pond
conditions.)
· Working on eliminating wamings in model (having trouble with low flow/weir calculation.)
· Items needed:
- staged discharge information for existing detention ponds
- plans for current construction
