Magnolia Village-CS010803 FILE Mike Sandel Second Century Investments 7502 Greenville Avenue, Suite 680 Dallas, TX 75231 RE: Magnolia Village, Lot 1, Block A (Magnolia Retail Center) Dear Mr. Sandel: This letter is written as a follow-up to the revised Utility Plan submitted to this office on August 1, 2001 and request for the waiver of lime stabilization. The City has no objections to the waiver of the lime stabilization on the private paving. Please alert the inspector on the project as to whether you will be using a 4000 psi mix design or an extra inch of thickness. I have also discussed the deletion of the additional vault on this site with the Assistant Director of Public Works and the Fire Marshal. Because of the lack of an intermediate valve on the main water line adjacent to your property, neither person offered an objection to the deletion of the additional fire vault.
