Magnolia Village-CS010731 CENTURY INVESTMENTS July 31, 2001 Kenneth M. Griffin, P.E. Director of Engineering and Public Works City of Coppell P.O. Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 ~.8-0 ! - 0 1 ~ 1 0: 3 .J: .?. r ,: ~. Re: Magnolia Village Coppell, Texas Dear Mr. Griff'm, Thanks for meeting with us yesterday regarding the above referenced project. I wanted to confu'm the agreed engineering changes we discussed. As I understand it, the following would be allowed: 1) In the private parking areas and fire lane only, the City will allow an extra inch of 3,000 PSI concrete or 4,000 PSI concrete in lieu of a lime stabilization; 2)In the deceleration, an 8" layer of Flex Base may be substituted for lime stabilization; and 3) The 8" fire line, as it approaches the northeast corner of the property, may be directed southward in front of the building within the fire lane and looped back into itself on the south side of the property. This will eliminate the double check and vault on the north end of property. It is roughly depicted on the attached plan. A new sheet will be provided by the Civil Engineer for this change. I hope this accurately reflects our understanding. If not, please let me know. Thanks again.
