Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 RE: Mansions By The Lake, Phase II Dear Mike: As the developer of the above mentioned property, located at 620 Coppell Road, it is my understanding that the City of Coppell will pay one third (1/3) of the cost for the construction of the sanitary sewer on the north side of the project and along the channel, and that the City can not exceed this amount. This agreement will be submitted to the City Council, where it will be voted on at the July 14, 1998 City Council Meeting. We are requesting to start construction on the sanitary sewer before this meeting, and agree to hold the City of Coppell harmless on all accounts due to the fact the City may vote against the agreement leaving the entire cost our responsibility.
