BEING a tract of land situated in the Clarinda Squires Survey, Ab~;tract No. 1327 in
Dallas County, Texas and also being part of Lot 7X, Block "B" of Magnolia l~ark, an addition to
the City of Coppell as recorded in Volume 98145, Page 506 of the DeedRecords of Dallas
County, Texas and being more particularly described as follows: /
COMMENCING at a point on the south line of Natches Trace (a variable width right-of-
way), said point being the northwest comer of the said Lot 7X and the northeast comer of Lot 7
in Block "B",'said point also being in a curve to the right having a central a'ngle of 03o07'20"
