Dear Mr. Doyle:
This letter is to request an extension of the approved Pre
Century Park adjacent to Denton Tap Road. The Preliminary PI
by the City Council on April 26, 1988, and the requested ext~
months.
We will be submitting a final plat on the first phase as soon a=
admitted to the Denton County Road Utility District and Dentc
under construction. This is the reason for the 12 month exten.,
do not know at this time when the annexation into the RUb will occur.
We will re-submit the preliminary engineering plans for your
schedule this item for approval as soon as possible. Let me
any questions or need any further information.
