Per your request, regarding the improvements within city right-of-way for the
above-referenced project, the costs are as follows:
1. Driveway approaches 3,000 square feet at $7,800.
2. Public sidewalks - 648 square feet at $1,458.
Total: $9,258
Also, enclosed (as discussed) is a copy of the invoice ($22,237.30) for the
sanitary sewer extension paid for by the developer, Howard Harrington, out of
an escrow account held by Ticor Title Company.
