A final inspection of the above referenced project has been confirn~d~
by representatives of the City of Coppell.
Paving, utilities and off site sanitary se~r have been verified and are
in compliance with the City of Coppell standards requirements.
The one-year maintenance bonds and as-built drawings have been received
from both contractors. Maturity on the bonds will be one year from the
the date of this letter (7/19/88).
