Subject: Condition of Bethel Rolfd/f
The condition of Bethel Road from Coppell Road to Denton Tap has deteriorated to such a point
that it is a hazard to the public welfare. Its condition inhibits the transportation access for both
our citizens, and the utilization of our industrial park area. The current condition also inhibits
emergency vehicle access and, therefore, I believe that an emergency condition exists and
reconstruction of the road is needed in as expedient a manner as possible.
