Thanks for the information.
1. We are looking at the walls and discussin9 them with the County.
2. We will look at the wall on the east side of the culvert.
3. We are discussing the bridge with the County. Unfortunately. a bridge
would require that the roadway approaches need to be moved up 6.5 ft. to
allow for bridge structure depth and 1 ft. of free board.
4. We are wanting to finish asap as long as we can get resolution from the
County,
I will keep you informed about the schedule.

1.35 mph / we will also do a study after the proiect is complete.
2. we are attempting to construct the intersection of kimbel ct./this
corresponds to your phase 1 plans.
3. we would prefer irrigation be provided./if this is not part of your
contract with Dallas county then we may need to discuss this further.
4. we typically bid both / we use sod on slopes and hydro mulch the flat
areas
on another matter, last time we talked you were going to review placement of
some walls along the north side. are you still pursuing that?
we may also have a problem with the location of the approach wall on the
east side of the culvert/bridge, it may need to ~)e relocated to the
existin9 right of way - not the proposed right of way.
are you still evaluatin9 the use of a bridge as opposed to culverts?
what is your time line for completion?

Ken,
As we finalize the drawings several items or questions have arisen based on
some of your markups. The comments are as follows:
1. What is the speed limit that you want to show on the plans? Or do you
want to complete a speed limit study once the project is construct and then
post the speed limit based on the study?
2. How far to the east of MacArthur Blvd. is the new construction for Sandy
Lake Road (KH Project) going to extend. Our Phase I of Sandy Lake Road
Project extended to the eastside of Kimbel Court. Has this changed?
3. Is an irrigation system to be provided for the medians? Or should just
sleeves be shown on the plans for future development of the irrigation
system? At present there is no requirement for an irrigation design for the
medians?
4. Should the median have sodding or seeding or a combination of both?
