Re: DeForest and Sandy Lake Wastewater Lift Stations and Force Main Improvements
Dear Mr. Virag:
Turner Collie & Braden is under contract with the City of Coppell to perform design services on
the above-referenced project. The project begins at the DeForest Wastewater Lift Station on the
northwest comer of DeForest Road and MacArthur Boulevard. A new force main will run along
MacArthur Boulevard to Belt Line Road. The project also includes the Sandy Lake Wastewater
Lift Station and a force main extending from the lift station south and west to MacArthur
Boulevard. I have enclosed a project location exhibit and maps for this project with the project
area highlighted. Please provide us with as-built plans of your existing facilities within the project
limits so we can accurately represent them on our plans. We would also appreciate any
information regarding proposed facilities within the project limits, and whether these are new
facilities or upgrades of existing ones. Please supply any information regarding this project at your
earliest convenience.
We will work with your staff to try to resolve any conflicts and to ensure that your facilities are
shown correctly on the project plans. Your cooperation is essential in order for the CoServ
facilities to be accounted for prior to construction of the proposed wastewater facilities.
If you find that there are no CoServ facilities within the project area, please send written
verification, or sign and date the enclosed form. This is to assure the City of Coppell that you are
aware of the project and do not have facilities within the project limits.

person responsible for your facilities within the project limits, to:
