Construction Plan Review Comments
Dear Mr. Powell:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
1. Provide a copy of the plat with the Construction Plans.
2. At a minimum the existing pond should be drained, dredged and filled
which should be compacted to 95% standard proctor. Each lift sh
