The City of Coppell entered into a Park Land Dedication and DevelOpmen
with Magnolia Park company Ltd. (the owner) on or about December 199~
the draft agreement is attached for your review. The Parks and Leisure Se~
Department was not copied an executed version of this agreement. Other
attached Exhibit A, no other specifications or plans were discussed with o
this department. Specifically, the following information should have been

There was only verbal exchange regarding aH of the above, no plans were

1. Thc slopes of thc western lake are at a 1:1 grade which is entirely

In addition to all of the above, this park property is in a very raw state ofd
