Dear Elvio:
The City of Coppell has recently completed a follow-up walk thru for the ix
referenced project. Listed below and attached are items that must be addr~
acceptance.
1. Eliminate standing water in common areas at entrance and finish gradi
slopes.
2. Complete sidewalk connection at entrance and at emergency exit at S.H.
3. Saw, remove and replace broken concrete on the south side of alley, 4
Cottage Lane.
4. Complete gravity wall tie into headwalls on the north and south ends of
5. Inlet grate is missing on Storm Drain Line B-1 at Alley A-2 and Alley 3
6. Key will not work in some inlet lids.
7. Clean storm drain system.
8. Provide permanent erosion control.
9. Two inch blow-off at Block E, Lot 34-35 in leaking.
10. Please insure that the required bonds and as-built plans are submitted.
