The City of Coppell has recently completed a walk thru for the improveme
project. Listed below and attached aze items that must be addressed prior to
1. Eliminate standing water in common azeas at entrance and finish grad
slopes.
2. Complete sidewalk connection at entrance and at emergency exit at S.H.
3. Water check pavement at entrance loop.
4. Pour leave-out at manhole at entrance.
5. Brick pavers aze uneven, too much space in places and do not includE
band.
6. Seal sawed joint on entrance and tie into Denton Tap.
7. Water ponding in south gutter of Natches Trace at first cul-de-sac.
8. Back fill curb at south side of entry.
9. Patch clayball holes, several locations.
10. Patch core drilled holes, several locations.
11. Patch broken curb, several locations.
12. Saw cut, remove and replace broken concrete, several locations.
13. Complete sawed joint and seal at Bankers Cottage Lane and Madison Stl
14. Remove strips and seal around manhhole blockout at Waverly and Natcl
15. Repair block out at alley in Canemount cul-de-sac.
16. Remove chips and loose sealant and reseal, several locations.
17. Rout and seal random cracking.
18. Clean storm drain system.

As-built Plans are submitted. Item numbers 4 and 5 should be done as soon as possible to avoid
delaying the placement of pavers in Denton Tap.
