ITEM: Northlake Center. Site Plan Review. to allow the development of 3 retail office
buildings with limited warehousing to be located on a 4.6 acre site, located along
the east side of South Denton Tap Road, approximately 240 feet north of East
Beltline Road, at the request of Dale Feenker.

COMMENT STATIIS:
1. Provide deceleration lane on Denton Tap Road for southern driveway.
2. Impact fees will be required.
3. There is a concern about the northern access from the Advantage Self Storage.
