1. The proposed water line needs to be a private line.
2. The water line crossing Denton Tap Road will be made by a dry bore.
3. The proposed sidewalk adjacent to Denton Tap Road should be 5' wide.
4. The drainage easement needs to be a minimum of 20' wide.
