The approved site plan is valid for two years. It expires August 11, 2000. TRANSPORTATION: Denton Tap Road is an improved six-lane divided thoroughfare (P6D) contained within a 10ft-wide right-of-way. DISCUSSION: The purpose of this minor plat is to record the creation of a commercial building site for a 4.6-acre parcel of property.
