HISTORY: On August 11, 1998 City Council approved a site plan to allow the
development of 3 retail/office buildings with limited warehousing on
this 4.6 acre tract of land. The approved site plan is valid for two
years. It expires August 11, 2000.
TRANSPORTATION: Denton Tap Road is an improved six-lane divided thoroughfare
(P6D) contained within a 10ft-wide right-of-way.

DISCUSSION: The purpose of this minor plat is to record the creation of a
commercial building site for a 4.6-acre parcel of property.
The plat conforms substantially to the previously approved
site plan.
RECOMMENDATION TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
Planning staff recommends approval of the minor plat.
