RE: North Lake Business Park Phase 1 (Northlake Business Center Parking Addition)
Dear Mr. Cross:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
1. Will an irrigation meter need to be installed for the proposed landscaping? If so, then
provide a detail showing the proposed irrigation meter connection and size.
2. Show the approximate location of the existing 8" water line on North Lake Drive on the
Grading/Drainage Plan.
3. How will offisite drainage be conveyed through this property?
4. The drainage calculation for the existing conditions must be based on the undeveloped "C"
value.
5. Need to indicate on the plans the amount of storage volume is being provided with the
proposed detention pond.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. When all comments have been
addressed, please return these marked plans and two sets of revised plans to the City for
