RE: North Lake Business Park Phase 1 (Northlake Business Center Parking Addition)
RLK Engineering has reviewed and has addressed your comments stated on Plans and
Letter dated April 3, 2001:
1) Underground Irrigation shall be provided. Recommended Irrigation Meter and
Size have been noted on Sheet C 2.
2) Existing 8" Water line along North Lake Drive location shown on Sheet C 2.
3) Offsite Drainage shall be sheet flow through property.
4) Drainage Calculation for Undeveloped "C", Existing Conditions Coefficient has
been changed to 0.4.
5) On-Site Storage Volume (required & provided) Calculations are shown on Sheet
C2.
All comments have been addressed and appropriate revised plans are being returned to
