RE: Magnolia Park / Construction Plans
Dear Mr. Juarez:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has ~
to offer:
1. Please label the alleys on the plat.
2. Sidewalks need to be provided along Natches Trace at the entrance
These sidewalks need to be constructed when the streets are paved.
3. The temporary asphalt pavement at the entrance must be on a 6" lirr
4. At the entrance of Natches Trace, the street needs to be a minimum
Fire Department requirements.
5. Provide a detail of the Denton Tap Road and Natches Trace showing
left turn lane.
6. Remove the sentence from General Note//7 which states "Future 1~
SD7, by home builder at time of home construction, typical pla
