COMPREHENSIVE PLAN:
DISCUSSION:
The Comprehensive Plan shows the pot
along Denton Tap Road suitable for
interior portion of the property suitab
residential development.
On all the comer lots the developer has indicated
building lines. On a selected number of lots, the front i:
a side building line or vice versa. Typically, the side
to 15' less than the front yard setback. From stat
would like to see the applicant soften the visual transi
fence abutting a neighboring front yard. This could
reducing the 15' setback at the point where it inters~

building line at the mutual property line. Staff sugl
treatment on the following lots:
* Lot 18, Block A
* Lot 14, Block A
* Lot 5, Block A
* Lot 3, Block C
* Lot 6, Block C
* Lot 18, Block E
This fence treatment would not only enhance the vi
streetscape but provide a smoother transition betw
front and side yards throughout the entire subdivision
In reviewing street names, Natches Trace appears
two of the three cul-de-sacs on the northeast side of th,
suggests that the Brandon Hall cul-de-sac be renamed

northwestern portion of the subdivision. The str¢
Plantation Place should be modified due to an exi

to Levee Place or perhaps substituting it with Brande
another name. As noted on the face of the plat, the apt
variances for Canemount Lane and Stanton Hall DJ
