As we discussed, pursuant to City Resolution #111495.1, the City of Coppell has previously granted to T/E Freeport North Land II, Ltd. ("Original Owner") certain credits that may be used to offset roadway facility impact fees assessed against property located within the Freeport North Business Park. All or a portion of these credits may be assigned to any successor of the Original Owner's interest in property located within the Freeport North Business Park. Tho Original Owner now desir~ to convey certain property in the Freeport North Bulfiness Park and assign a portion of the remaining impact fee credits to the purchaser. Accordingly, on behalf of the Original Owner, we hereby request that the City approve and acknowledge an assignment of credits in the amount of S40,000.00 from the Original Owner to TNA North America, Inc., to be used tO offset any roadway impact fees that may be assessed against that certain 3.431 acre tract, more' particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto, and referred as Tract ID of the Freeport North Business Park on the map attached hereto as Exhibit B.
