Ross Concrete Company 4222 Rosehill Road, ~12 Garland, TX 75043 Subject: Villages of Coppell - Phase I Coppell Municipal Utility District No. 1 Dear Mr. Ross: In an effort to avoid any conflict during utility and paving improvements for The Villages of Coppell, the following conditions must be agreed to before start-up of the paving operations: 1. A thorough walk-through of all utility improvements will be made before paving operations to establish the condition thereof. 2. JAHO, Inc. will not be held liable for any utilities damaged or clean-up neccessary as a result of paving operations. 3. R. S. Ross Concrete Company will accept the responsibility for repairing any utilities damaged during paving operations in a timely fashion before or during the time JAHO is moving back on site to finish the utility contract. If any matters arise which need any further discussion, concerning utilities or paving, Coppel 1 Municipal Utility District will take a fair and unbaised look at the situation at hand and make recommendations for repairs and who is responsible should they be needed.
