Re: R_~v4cw ~.~nn~.~ for the Engineering Plans for the
~ Mobil/7-11 Join~ %~cnt:lre on Denton Tap Road and
Salld~ Lake Road
We have performed a final review of these plans with the Public
Works Department Section Heads and have only the following
comments:
1. A note indicating that a 6" lime stabilized subgrade will be
required in all paved areas should be added to the Grading
Plan.
2. A note indicating that the 6" fire hydrant lead crossing
Sandy Lake Road must be installed by the dry bore method.
No open cut will be allowed crossing Sandy Lake Road.
3. There is a notation on the Site Plan indicating a "NEW
LOCATION OF FIRE LANE EASEMENT". This may require some kind
of Plat Amendment. By copy of this memo we request input
from the Planning Department.
Once the above comments have been addressed, these plans need to
be resubmitted by the Engineer for approval. Three sets of
approved plans will be retained by the Public Works Department.
