We have reviewed the above referenced plans and have the following
comment:
We have prepared an Escrow Agreement on Sandy Lake Road, section
fronting this property, which is being reviewed by the City
Attorney. We will also send a letter to the applicant covering all
development fees. Said fees are payable prior to City Council
approval of this site plan. We will keep you informed of this.
Please note that staff has reviewed the construction plans and Mr.
Setayesh has been contacted regarding markup plans on February 7,
1990. We do not have any objection to this project.
