LOCATION: Northwest corner of Denton Tap Road and Sandy Lake Road.
REOUEST: To alter the location of building on the site plan.
SIZE: .0723 acres
HISTORY: Case #S-1013 was previously approved by the City Council
to allow the operation of a gasoline service station,
convenience store and deli-style restaurant.

STAFF RESPONSE:
Section 29.2[6) of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance states that a
building or land used under a SUP may not be enlarged, structurally
altered or otherwise significantly changed unless a SUP is granted.
Because it is staff's interpretation the the 7-Eleven site plan has been
altered, we submit this item to the Planning and Zoning Commission for
your approval.
The proposed changes are as follows:
a) Applicant proposes to use a standing seam metal roof with gable
style canopy.
b) Altered building size.
c) Changed configuration of building layout.
d) Added additional parking spaces.
