Because it is staff's interpretation the the 7-Eleven site plan has been altered, we submit this item to the Planning and Zoning Commission for your approval. The proposed changes are as follows: a) Applicant proposes to use a standing seam metal roof with gable style canopy. b) Altered building size. c) Changed configuration of building layout. d) Added additional parking spaces.
