RE: Approval of Case ~'s S-1014, S-1015 and S-1016
Dear Mr. Riggs:
Please be advised that the above mentioned cases for a gasoline service station,
car wash and convenience store, were approved by the Coppell City Council
on July 14, 1987 with the following stipulations:
1) Addition of the berm and/or landscaping.
Z) The elevation be built as submitted.
3) The final plat be architecturally reviewed before
it is filed.
4) No outside storage.
5) That car wash have internal drainage to prevent
the overflow of water onto the street.
Your next step will be the submission of the preliminary plat to the Planning
Department, one month prior to the Planning and Zoning Commission docket
you wish the plat to be placed on.
