Re: Texas Water Commission letter dated November 8
Dear Mr. Doyle:
Per your request for infermation dated 11/14/88,
following comments.
We do not have any information in our files that w
items 4, 7, 9 and 10. The response to item numbe]
process.
The City currently has on file the information requ
6 and 8. More specifically, the appropriate resp¢
is that compliance is ensured through the
Department's daily inspections, and per the
floodplain development permit that is issued, the
"As-Built" drawings and certification by a registez
surveyor that the level of the fill is at or above
elevation (see standard City permit form provided
via a transmittal letter dated 8/29/99).
To further comment on item 6, the City has initi~
floodplain development permits that we are aware ¢
which, only three of the applicants have met with
requirements and thus actually been issued a permi
construction to commence. Those projects are Cree
(permit no. 0001), Jay Story - residence (permit
Magno!ia Properties (permit no. 0004).
We will attend the Thursday, November 17, 1988 me,
request and can expand on any of these issues ft
time if you wish.
Sincerely, /~
Kevin Peiffe~,~P.E.
