The purpose of this letter is for the granting of a Storm Drain Permit for the construction
of Northlake Industrial Park. The Storm Drain Permit is issued to Nathan D. Maier
Consulting Engineers, Inc.
By receipt of this letter, the Contractor is hereby notified that they must comply with
all City, County, State and Federal requirements governing this project.
A 1.5 percent permit fee has been collected.
