Dear Mr. Witt:
We are requesting a reduction of the Road Impact fee for the ll~
community based on the same formula used to calculate the reduction of h
for Coppell Green (see attached agreement).
As you are aware, the inspection fees were reduced for the additiox
that was dedicated to the City of Coppell. The formula for the reduction
footage times $2.00. The calculation for the Magnolia Park reduction is
