Dear Mr. Garrett:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
1)
A Two-Year Erosion Control Maintenance Bond will be required before final
acceptance of the improvements.
2) The plans should be stamped and signed by a Professional Engineer.
3) Note the maintenance requirements on the plans as spelled out in NCTCOG Standard
Detail for BMP-S-5.
Once these comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the
