The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the
to offer:
1. Provide a dimension control plan sheet.
2. All subgrade must be 6" lime stabilized. A letter must be submitted
to the lime stabilization.
3. Show all the radius at all driveways. Also, all fire lanes radius must
of 30' and an outside radius of 50'.
4. Provide an offsite drainage area map for the drainage ditch located
Drive. Also, provide drainage calculations for the proposed 18" 1~
driveway connections to Wrangler Drive.
5. On Storm Sewer Plan, provide a note stating that the ditch adjacent
