This letter is written in response to a reqUest concerning the availability
sewer to the referenced site.
Sanitary Sewer:
There currently exists an 18 inch sewer line on the east side of the prop
line on the south side of the property and a 10 inch sewer line on the wesl
The property will be able to access one of those directions.
Water:
There is an existing 12 inch water line on the north, east and west side
