Staff had raised some concern with regards to the eastern most drivel to Belt Line Road. The driveway as shown meets City's minimu: requirements. However, to avoid any conflicts with the Wrangler Dri intersection the Engineering Department has requested the applicant look at driveway further west. Space and use allocation of each building appears to be similar. Approx building will be office, the rest will be used for warehousing. Building B with front yard parking, therefore, it observes a 60' front yard setback. For the most part this submittal conforms to the City's requirements, howew be required to make minor modifications to both the replat and landscape providing adequate landscaping.
