MEMORANDUM

RE: MOBIL OIL
I met with Mostafa Setyesh of Dimension Group, and James Nelson of Mobil
Oil Company, on July 12, 1989, to discuss alteration of the Mobil site
plan. The subject site is located at the southeast corner of MacArthur
Boulevard and Beltline Road.
At my request, Mr. Setayesh sent the revisions over to my office, and I
reviewed the requested changes, which includes the relocation of the air
conditioning unit, and additional landscape.
In my opinion, the Special Use Permit for Mobil is in compliance with the
SUP approved by the City Council and the applicant does not need to submit
a site plan revision to the Planning and Zoning Commission and City
Council.
