Dear Sirs:
Mobil Oil Corporation will complete the following items upon
completion of the road construction on Be].t Line Rd.:
1) The pavestone handicap ramp and sidewalk on North side of our
property.
2) The temporary drive with a permanent drive, as per our permit,
drawings.
3) Complete landscaping of site around the above two items.
This commitment is based on completing what was originally permitted
with the Ci'ty of Coppeii, after the completion of the Belt Line Rd.
improvements.
