I was under the 5mprossSon that tho above referencod sewer
was part of ~he CSry of Coppell's collection system. However,
Bob Roth with TR~ 5nforms me that 5~ is actually part of ehe 33
5nterceptor and was installed a~ the lasg leg of the line during
~he constructSon of ~he interceptor. ~e havo no documongs on file
that state otherwise. ~r. Ro~h has produced a document, therefore,
I would have to agree with his statement.
Additionally, attached you will find a "Request for Point of Entry"
form that needs to be filled out for the tie-in that Mobil made.
Please ascertain the information~e~e~sar7 t9 comp%ere ~h~ form ~
and submit back to ~ Ron~.~ ~ ~~~ ~ ~~.

Interceptor Station 163+65
In reference to the above point of entry, the following documents are being
enclosed to assist you in completing a point of entry request form.
1. Notice of proposed installation of utility line on non-controlled access
highway within Coppell, Texas, dated March 26, 1979. This documentation
enabled the Authority to construct the remainder of the Coppell
Interceptor Station 161+00 to Station 163+65 (Mobil Oil connection)
within the Beltline Road right-of-way.
2. One full set (15 sheets) of the Trinity River Authority Central Regional
Wastewater System Coppell Interceptor as-built plans.
3. Point of entry request form and example.
