1) Provide 25' landscaping along Belt Line Road vs. B' landscaping
2) Provide 25' landscaping along ~cArthur Blvd. vs. 20' landscaping
3) Updated the existing & future utilities and sidewalk
4) Shown the existing esm't and R.O.W. dedication
5) ~ved entire site to the south to m~ke up landscaping areas

August 24, 1988 re~rding the landscaping setback for your informmtion.
