Dear Mr. Doyle:
Enclosed please find two copies of the site plan and
grading/drainage plan for the abovementioned project.
This project is under construction at the present time and we have
found the following items to be in conflict with the abovereferenced
project from Belt Line road-MacArthur Blvd. intersection paving &
drainage plans prepared by Ginn, Inc.
1. Radius size for the approach 20'
(Mobil site plan shows 10' radius)
2. 21" R.C.P. stub-out at the R.O.W. with future extension by
other for undeveloped area.
(see sheet GD-1 and GT-2 for above comments)
We had discussed these items with Mr. Bud Beene of Dallas County
(Public Works) and he advised us to coordinate these with the City
of Coppell. Also, he recommended the following:
1. Sidewalk along Belt Line road should be constructed after the
construction of Belt Line Road is finished.
2. Installed mix asphalt for the approach along Belt Line road
from R.O.W. line to existing edge of asphalt.
We would greatly appreciate any assistance you may be able to
provide us in resolving these matters. If you have any questions,
please advise us.
