Re: Mobil Site at MacArthur
and Beltline Road
Dear Mr. Doyle,
Halff Associates has had no involvement with the Mobil site since the final plat and
special use permits were prepared. Halff Associates did prepare construction drawings
to accommodate the remaining tract at the southeast comer of MacArthur Boulevard and
Beltline Road; however, these plans excluded the Mobil pad site.
On October 29, 1987, Halff Associates was contacted by Mr. Mostefa Setayesh with
the Dimension Group. Mr. Setayesh requested copies of our plans for the southeast
corner so that he could prepare plans for the Mobil pad site. Halff Associates provided
the plans as requested, and has not performed any services for the site since that time.
Halff Associates' current involvement with the tracts at the southeast and southwest
comers of MacArthur Boulevard and Beltline Road is limited as the developer, Dunning
Development, refuses to pay for the engineering services performed to date.
We will work with the City of Coppell in any way to help clarify the problem.
